01
Initial consultation
Understanding how you live — cooking habits, household size, storage frustrations, style preferences and budget. No two briefs are the same.
02
Site survey & measurements
Full survey: walls, ceiling height, windows, doors, radiators and all services (gas, water, electrics, drainage). Structural constraints and venting routes noted.
03
Brief development
Layout type agreed. Must-haves versus nice-to-haves defined. Appliance requirements and storage solutions established before any design work begins.
04
Concept design
One or two layout options developed — covering flow, ergonomics, lighting (task and ambient) and key focal points such as the island or range area.
05
Client presentation
Plans, 3D visuals and mood boards (colours, finishes, worktops) presented alongside a clear picture of how you'll use the space day to day.
06
Design refinement
Adjustments based on your feedback — layout tweaks, storage changes, finish selections. Appliances, materials and colour scheme locked in.
07
Technical design & specification
Detailed plans (elevations, services layout), cabinet and appliance specs produced. Coordination with builders, electricians and plumbers throughout.
